Our Craft
Every chip has a season, an orchard, a story.
We only mill wood from trimmed and downed fruitwood — nothing is felled for smoke. Each batch is dried to a low, even moisture so it lights clean and burns cool, letting the orchard's own sugars carry through to the meat.
